Everything is going well at the new house.  Just so you know, it always makes me very proud to tell all my friends about the wonderful experience I had with you and everyone that was involved in me getting my house.  If I hear any of my friends say that they are looking for a house, I always recommend you.  I honestly feel that you and the other guys are the best and it makes me happy when I can share my experience with others.  Once again, thanks for helping me in making one of my dreams come true and please know that my doors are always open to you and your love ones.

Thanks for the new listings and the great report on Jacksonville....I am getting most anxious to move there!  The listing you sent me this morning in Mandarin (with all the photos) is terrific!  Definitely want to see that one! 

Still unsure about my trip, but will let you know, hopefully, by this weekend...still planning on the third week (2/21 and 2/22).

We are glad to hear from you.   I have asked Chris to keep working so we can have you over for dinner, we would like you to take a look at the place... you will be surprised... we have been working on the yard but still, we need time (or at least I do)...Chris just sits next to the BBQ and there is no way you can make him do something else...ha,ha...
